Agreement

These terms govern use of this website and the supply of services, digital products and tutoring by us. Specific work is also governed by a separate agreed scope and any written proposal or contract.

Services

Design, advisory, training and support services are provided subject to agreed scope, competence requirements and project-specific information. We do not warrant guaranteed compliance or guaranteed approval of any scheme.

Digital products and books

Mastering Temporary Works books and any templates are supplied for guidance. They do not replace formal appointment, competent design review, independent checking, statutory duties or project-specific approval.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in GBP. Payment is handled by Stripe. For digital products, please contact us before purchase if you have any questions; refund requests are considered in line with your statutory rights and the nature of digital goods.

Intellectual property

Website content, books and materials remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise. You may not resell or redistribute purchased materials without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for services is governed by the agreed scope and contract for that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
