Who we are

What we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, phone, company, project details and message — so we can respond to your enquiry.
Our hosting and form provider may collect standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to operate the service.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide requested services, and keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell your data.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe via Stripe Payment Links. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
Retention
We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies & analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data under Google's privacy policy. We use this data in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify individuals. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Other third-party services (such as fonts, forms or payment) may set their own cookies when used.

RAMS orders, logos and document delivery
The free RAMS preview runs in your browser. If you start checkout, we receive the company name, logo, email address and project information you submit so that we can prepare your documents, take payment and deliver your order.
Stripe processes your payment. We do not receive or store your card number. Order information and document files are held in private Netlify storage. Resend processes the delivery email and its attachments, addressed to the email confirmed at checkout.
The RAMS order service deletes its stored project information, logos and generated files after 30 days. Payment and email providers may retain their own transaction and delivery records under their policies. Your browser may retain your draft on the device until you clear it. Do not include personal or confidential information that is unnecessary for the work.
Your order email is used for delivery and order support, not automatically added to a marketing list. To ask about an order or your information, contact david@temporaryworksconsulting.com or message David on WhatsApp.
