This is a blank template for early planning and learning. It is not a temporary works design and must not be used for construction. Complete it under your project's temporary works procedure with reference to BS 5975:2024. All temporary works must be designed, checked and permitted under that procedure. For a design, request one from a competent temporary works designer.

What this permit is for
